A few details before you get started.
What counts as a user?
A user is a named HR or manager account that logs in to the platform. Employees being reviewed count toward the 100 active employee limit; they do not each need a login for the manager-led review workflow.
What does standard configuration include?
It includes your branding, departments, and one review configuration using the platform’s existing sections and scoring structure. We’ll confirm the questions and evaluation criteria during setup. New functionality and additional review configurations require a separate scope.
What support is included?
Email support covers help using the application and resolving platform issues through your designated company contacts. Additional training, review-process consulting, and development are quoted separately.
Can we use our existing review form?
We’ll review your current form and identify how it fits TeamMeasure. Any requirements beyond standard configuration will be scoped and priced before setup.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Annual platform access is $2,190, saving $198 compared with 12 monthly payments. The $1,500 setup fee applies to both billing options.
Can we split the setup payment?
Ask about splitting the $1,500 setup fee into two payments of $750. Payment timing is confirmed in your proposal.
Do we need to commit before seeing the platform?
No. Try the public demos or request a guided walkthrough first. We’ll discuss your requirements and provide a proposal so you can assess the fit.
